A problem of electric powered wheelchair

This work deals with the research electric powered wheelchair and one's own project for its improvement. At the beginning a basic characterization of powered electric wheelchair is described. The work continues with a study of research control systems. Next, statistics are worked up from opinion poll. Instrument for optimalization engine power and battery capacity is created in terms of this information.

Collapse of the USSR - Russsian national tragedy? Analysis of the Russian public opinion on the dissolution of the Soviet Union

Bachelor thesis Collapse of the USSR - Russian national tragedy? Analysis of the Russian public opinion on the dissolution of the Soviet Union discusses the Russian public opinion development about the end of the Soviet Union during the presidency of Boris Yeltsin (1991 - 1999) and Vladimir Putin (2000 - 2008). The first chapter illustrates the situation in Russia after the collapse of the USSR; afterwards it describes the social, political and economic situation of the country during mentioned periods. Based on the available opinion polls and academic works the second part of the thesis examines the shift in Russian understanding of the collapse of the Soviet Union. The fundamental premise of this thesis is the idea that the end of the USSR was Russian national tragedy. After the analysis author concludes that in Russian society during the presidency of both Yeltsin and Putin remained a basic level of post- Soviet nostalgia, yet it wasn't a national tragedy. The regretting was presented within the older generation, for which the Soviet Union symbolized not only a major global player in international politics, but also their own (often idealized) youth, as well as within the younger generation, that has never had direct experience with the USSR. Scottish National Party after 1999

The aim of this paper is to analyse the development of the Scottish National Party and to try to outline its future. The method used in this case study is process tracing. The paper is based particularly on Scottish Parliament election results, on the changes of the leader of the SNP, on the election campaign and manifesto of the SNP and its perception in the Scottish media. The author makes the conclusion that the party leader and the election manifesto are the main causes of the SNP election success.

Sanitation of Josefov and its Viennese origin. Analysis of public opinion

in English Aim of this work is mostly about process of sanitation of Josefov and also shows themes which are not still much discussed. Just denial opinion about simplification of denying sanitation, pointing on certain inevitability of this decision for Josefov, but also to effors for saving most important thinks from this area, belong to these themes. The effor to refute some myths about sanitation Josefov, is closely related. As a model city for better understanding the situation was chosen Vienna. The Prague town council was inspired by this city for process sanitation itself. The regulation of historic city centre was there about few decades earlier and the Ringstrasse was the result. In both projects are same characters in planning and implementation itself. But on other hand have both cities, especially Prague, own specific features that made both rebuilding unique.
